AGROP NOVA a.s. is one of the largest and most modern producers of large-area multilayer boards in Europe. Its headquarters as well as the production is based in the Czech Republic. The factory was built on a green field in 1992 and since the change of its owner in 2001 it has been going through a very dynamic development. Nowadays, it processes over 60,000m3 of lumber annually and it produces over 1,200,000m2 (640 trucks) of multilayer boards every year. A great advantage of the production is a modern way of wooden waste disposal in the form of the production of ecological wooden briquettes AGROP at the volume of about 800 t per month.
Production´s programme
Multilayer boards AGROP (SWP) from coniferous lumber are the main products of the company. These boards are very stable thanks to their composition, have wide possibilities of use and processing and fully adjust to both interior and exterior construction projects. The main advantages of these boards and the latest findings in the industry have been combined into NOVATOP Construction System which is all based on natural massive wood. NOVATOP SYSTEM easily fulfils the parameters for the construction of low-energy and passive houses, enables to design beautiful modern projects from massive wood, fully complies with the environment and also contributes to the maintenance of its quality for future generations.
Quality guarantee
The whole production is continuously audited by both domestic and international independent auditing bodies and it meets the strict criteria for a whole range of certification. Production and export into many countries all over the world bring hundreds of job opportunities as well as continuous investment activities (constructions of new halls, investments in new technologies and products). The production technologies have been supplied by renowned companies such as Steinemann, Weinig, Diefenbacher, Italpresse, Torwege, Mühlböck, Reichenbacher and others.
We build on long-term experience in the industry and the professionalism of our partners. We cooperate with Swiss partners HWZ (www.hwz.ch ), SJB (www.sjb.ch ) and German University of Karlsruhe (www.kit.edu) the development of new NOVATOP products.
