NOVATOP SOLID for walls and crossbars

Description
NOVATOP SOLID – is large format multi-layer panel type CLT (cross-laminated timber). Each layer is consisted by plates made of solid wood and fiber orientation of each layer is always at right angles to adjacent layers. Slats in each layer are bonded in the longitudinal and transverse direction and the layers are glued to each other.

Basic standard formats:
6000 x 2500
6000 x 2100
5000 x 2500
5000 x 2100 (max. 12000 x 2950 mm)

The other formats are based on those basic formats.

Thickness:
For walls: 62, 84 (42/42), 124 (62/62) mm
For roofs and ceilings : 81 (27/27/27), 84 (42/42), 116 (27/62/27) mm

Quality:
Visible, construction (no-visible)

Applications:
structural and non-bearing walls, partitions, ceilings and roof materials, solid roof and floor slabs, reinforcing components.

NOVATOP ELEMENTS for roofs and ceilings

NOVATOP ELEMENTS are large ribbed components made from multi-layer solid panels. The structure of the element is composed of a supporting base multi-layer panels, whose thickness depends on the required fire resistance design. On it, are glued on the transverse and longitudinal ribs, whose height is dependent on the load of the element. The whole structure is enclosed upper multi-layer panels. Elements are variable in terms of latitude, longitude and height, the cavity between the ribs can be planted as required by the construction of thermal, acoustic and fire isolation.

New: NOVATOP ELEMENTS OPEN
Description: The design element is formed by supporting the lower multi-layer panels. The KVH prism are stuck on it in the longitudinal direction and along the perimeter. According to the requirements of statics are dimensions and spacing of these beams, which form the carrier part. These elements are suitable for roof construction.

Length are arbitrarily selectable according to the project documentation, standardly 6000 max. 12000 mm.

NOVATOP STATIC for roof overhangs

STATIC NOVATOP are large multi-layer panels with two parallel upper layers from each side and the middle layer with fibers perpendicular to the course of the fiber surface layers (SWP – Solid wood panel). Each layer is composed of panels made of solid wood, the thickness of the layers can be different and they determinate the final thickness of the plate.
