What is NOVATOP?

NOVATOP – CONSTRUCTION SYSTEM OF SOLID WOOD

Currently, in Europe, glued laminated timber construction of large-size components  are moving the ground and we present you one of them – the building system NOVATOP. This system is treated mainly from wood Czech conifers, and under strict environmental regulations, the manufacturing process meets the rigorous criteria for certification of a wide range of  certifications inc. internationally recognized as ”nature plus“. It is a very advanced and sophisticated system of building large-size components glued solid wood. Individual components are characterized by high strength and stability in the compressive stress and tension and exceptional static strength, it can be applied to walls, ceilings and roofs, and the result is massive and really safe all-wood construction. The main advantage of the system is the airproofness and the possibility of a diffusion-open envelope of the building. This includes a fast, exactness and easy installation. The shell construction and multistoried buildings is a matter of a few days. This building system allows you to design a modern and innovative projects. It is suitable for construction of family and apartment houses, schools, sports and office buildings, manufacturing and industrial buildings, but also for renovations, additions, extensions, etc.

QUALITY ASSURANCE

The production of large components NOVATOP is characterized by professional and optimized production processes. Manufacturer AGROP NOVA uses the latest and most advanced technology, precise processing of all components guarantees the quality of each detail. All components are manufactured in the Czech Republic, the system was developed and tested in Switzerland.

Individual parts are produced on large-sized CNC equipment and other processing operations, cold pressing. The entire production process of building components from NOVATOP when applying adhesives controlled digitally. Here, the open time glue to start pressing is recorded. Data on the pressing pressure and time are taken from the electronic control. This is stored for temperature, humidity, wood and air.

All these prodedures has their supervision of production, which is recorded for the next 20 years and archived on DVD.

All production is continually supervised by independent domestic and foreign supervisory authorities and meets the strict criteria for certification of a wide range of certifications. NOVATOP entire system is compatible with the environment and helps to maintain its quality for future generations.
