A family home made of natural materials based on a longitudinal land will excel as a spider web of pergolas encircled by greenery. Only at second glance a house of singed larch planks appears.
The investors’ requirements led to a disproportion of the premises between the ground floor and the first floor, while, moreover, the living space is designed as two-storey. Hence, a solution of an obliquely rising green roof was developed.
The building is based on a reinforced concrete construction plate with a foam glass. The walls will be built of solid wood panels NOVATOP SOLID, the roof and the ceiling of wooden beams and I-girders. The thermal insulation is planned with double and simple insulation of straw bales; in the roof there will be cellulose. The quality wooden windows and doors, along with the heating technologies, hot water heating and forced ventilation, complete the passive concept of the entire house.
